答案，或许就藏在这片雕刻大地的“诗行”里。1300多年来，以哈尼族为主的各族乡亲，一锄一犁同耕共创，在群山之间缔造了世界罕见的农业文化景观——哈尼梯田。
The answer lies within these poetic layers carved into the land. For over 1,300 years, ethnic communities led by the Hani people have worked the land side by side, hoe and plow in hand, to create the Hani Rice Terraces — a rare agricultural cultural landscape found nowhere else in the world.
你看，山顶的原始森林常年涵养水源；沟渠引水从山涧穿寨而过，灌溉山坡万亩梯田，最后汇入河流；河流中水汽蒸发形成降雨，反哺山林沃土，构建出森林、村寨、梯田、水系“四素同构”的循环农业生态系统。
At the mountain summits, primeval forests retain water all year round. Irrigation ditches carry mountain streams through villages to water tens of thousands of mu of terraced fields on the slopes, before the water finally flows into rivers. Water vapor rises from the rivers to form rainfall, nourishing the forest soil once more. Together, forests, villages, terraces and water systems form an integrated circular agricultural ecosystem.
除了依托得天独厚的自然条件，哈尼族人还独创“稻鱼鸭”共生模式：水稻为鱼鸭提供生长环境，鱼鸭除杂草、捉害虫，粪便则化作肥料滋养稻田。一水多用、一田多收，万物在这片梯田里和谐共生。
Beyond its unique natural setting, the Hani people pioneered an innovative rice-fish-duck co-cultivation system. Rice stalks shelter fish and ducks; fish and ducks eat weeds and pests, while their manure fertilizes the paddies. Water serves multiple purposes, and a single field yields multiple harvests, allowing all living things to thrive in balanced coexistence across the terraces.
哈尼族人顺应自然的农耕智慧，不仅藏在耕作中，也融入日常生活里。依山而建的蘑菇房，泥土夯墙、茅草覆顶，完美适配哀牢山的气候与地貌。每一次房屋翻修更替下来的茅草、土坯，便被堆到梯田里成为肥料，取之自然，还于自然，让万物在循环中生生不息。

s farming wisdom of living in harmony with nature permeates both cultivation and daily life. Their mushroom-shaped houses are built along mountain slopes, with rammed earth walls and thatched roofs perfectly adapted to the climate and terrain of the Ailao Mountains. Old thatch and earthen blocks removed during home renovations are carried down to the terraces as natural fertilizer. Taken from nature, returned to nature, everything sustains endless cycles of life.
当丰收的喜悦溢满梯田，哈尼族人便踏地而舞。起舞的每一步，都像在跟土地说话。千年岁月流转，哈尼族人把世世代代“敬天惜土”的精神种进了梯田里，如今又将美景创造性地转化为文化旅游的新资源、人民增收的新机会，这是他们写给自然与祖先的答卷。
When harvest joy fills every tier of the terraces, the Hani people perform the Lezuo Dance, stamping their feet against the earth. Every step of the dance is a silent conversation with the land. Over a thousand years, the Hani have planted their age-old ethos of revering heaven and cherishing the land deep within the terraces. Today, they creatively transform this stunning landscape into new cultural tourism resources and fresh sources of income for local residents — a heartfelt testament they offer to nature and their forebears.
